Flower Baskets

June 5th, 2007 @ 3:19 pm by Mrs. Plum

These literal flower baskets are a cute alternative to your run-of-the-mill plain basket wrapped up in satin for your little flowergirls. An easy DIY.

Materials needed:
-basket(s)
-silk flowers of choice
-hot glue

Directions:
1. snip off flower heads
2. start gluing the flower heads to the basket in desired shape/design
3. save the leaves from the silk flowers
4. take leaves off stem
5. glue leaves onto basket handle - be careful not to burn yourself!
6. easy peasy flower basket!

That is a great idea.
BTW, I used your flower pens idea and it was a great hit with our guests. I sent them out to the friends and they love it. My mom insisted that I should do them for our wedding favors.
Thank you!
