-The Church where we will be married, San Gonzalo, nestled into the neighborhood of Triana, right around the corner from our house, with gorgeous tiling work throughout and a charming plaza out front
-Flamenco is the typical dance of southern Spain, the ruffles and colors have inspired our theme of a “Spanish wedding”
-We’re using sunflower details throughout, I love this idea for placecards (picture courtesy of The Knot). Sunflower fields can be found all over Andalusia and it’s my favorite flower!
-Beautiful veil and hair flower, courtesy of Real Wedding “”Te Quiero”

-Newlywed Spaniards are pelted with rice and flower petals when they exit the church!

Good luck with the dress. I fell in love with a dress. Went to a trunk show, met the designer, at which time he told me despite being on his site, he doesn’t make or sell it. It was just for the photo shoot. I still love his stuff. He helped me re-work another one of his dresses– beautiful, but still not that dress though. Just keep an open mind with the dress, it’ll make it easier if you can’t find it- -or it’s not real! (Why put it there to tease me!?!)
