Today is my last day of work before the wedding!! Tonight we’ll finish packing and then tomorrow morning we’re driving up to the Adirondacks for the week before the wedding!
We still have a million things left to do, but it’s starting to really feel manageable, which, um, is GOOD!
We don’t have internet at the house where we’re staying, so chances are this will be my last post before I’m MARRIED!! (Okay, wow, that felt SO WEIRD to write. Can that really be true?!?!?) I hope everyone has a wonderful week and I’ll try to report back in before we head off to Madagascar since we have a couple days in between!
In other news, I just wanted to let any future brides who might go through a miserable stress hump, that even though with only 2 or 3 weeks left to go I was too stressed to be remotely excited about anything, all of that has completely lifted and I am SO EXCITED AND OVERJOYED that the time is actually coming!!!! I was worried that I might not be able to thoroughly enjoy it since I was just worn out, but now I’m back to giddy, and random people congratulating me and giving me surprise gifts is certainly not making it worse! And now that, as of just a few short hours ago, my wedding dress is securely in my closet, I am ready to go!!!
