My mom and I worked on the kids shirts yesterday and they turned out way better than I imagined. I purchased pink and green shirts from Michaels. Alas they didn’t have any brown ones, but they were on SALE! Yeay!
I also bought some iron on letters. They had so many to choose from but I picked the collegiate looking ones.
We placed their initials in the front, and then their respective ages, by the time we are married, on the opposite sleeve. I thought it would be a nice momento for both their parents and the kids. So when they look back many, many eons from now they will remember that they were “insert age here” when they performed the special task of ringbearer or flowergirl!
We rolled the shirts up and tied them with an inexpensive white ribbon!!! I think the contrast against the bright colors make them look so freakin’ cute. ![]()
