With just over two weeks to go, I actually am pretty calm (I know, shocker!).
We only have a couple of DIY projects left, and this past weekend we drove up to NY for my sister’s graduation and took almost all of the wedding crap with us, including the gifts for everyone who is helping with anything. While we were at home, we also got our marriage license, so here we are - we can officially get married in the State of NY!!!
This is what’s left on my to-do list:
get a veil
make the programs
finish out of town bags
make a sign for the guest book table
burn break CDs for the band
send in the table layout for dinner
(and I am sure there are a couple of things I am forgetting)
So do you think I am in bad shape with my to-do list? What did you have left two weeks out?

holy crap. you mad my list seems so long. i’m also 2.5 weeks away, and I still have to: do ceremony programs, place cards, buy & wrap gifts for bridal party and those who help out, pick up gowns, write thankyou notes to vendors, write D-day timeline, finalize contract, etc..
don’t put off the seating chart because that really took a ton of time. other than that you’re in great shape! 
Wow! Two weeks… that’s so exciting. I hope I am as calm when I get there.
How hard was it getting the liscense in NY? I am also getting married in New York State and I’m worried that it’s going to be a big pain.
You are in great shape! The lack of veil would be freaking me out. (Tho, mine arrived about 10 days pre-wedding, and was no problem whatsoever.)
We did our seating chart the day before, and good thing we waited b/c there were quite a few changes to the guest list (ugh). The fewer people involved in making seating decisions, the easier it is. I did mine alone and DH signed off on it. No parental input or vetos helped a lot. Good luck!!!
my to-do list is much longer and i’m getting married next weekend! ack!!!
