9 days left! Yikes! I went in for my final dress fitting last week. It felt so good to put my dress on, and I fell in love with it again after second-guessing my decision. I questioned my style of dress for my beach wedding but the only thing that matters now is I’m in love.
My dress is Maggie Sottero’s Madeleine in diamond white with a white sash. I got my alterations with Mahtab in Lake Forest, CA. She was very easy to work with and did a great job. I had it shortened and bustled (not shown) for a reasonable price.

I had a dress that I dragged all through the sand, and then I wore it to the reception… it was only dirty on the bottom underneath. So don’t worry about getting it too dirty, if you were worried at all.
i was wondering how much did she charge for bustle, and did u do any other alterations, any hemming? i live in Lake Forest and would love to use her if she’s within my budget
You look absolutely gorgeous, and your seamstress did a great job. In the second picture, it looks a little large at the bust, though. Will she be taking that in?

Hi! I was just wondering if you have more pictures of your wedding dress after the alterations were completed. I recently purchased my Maggie Sottero Madeleine dress but I’m a little uncertain as to whether I made the right decision. I do love it, I’m just paranoid, and I’d feel much better if I saw some more pictures of it, besides the main one on the Maggie site. Thanks!
