Create-A-Cake

June 29th, 2007 @ 4:19 pm by Mrs. Strawberry

The good folks at Brides.com have a nifty new tool that will help you build your dream cake. You could choose the base color of the cake, decorate it, and even add a topper. Just a little fun to help you with the big picture! :)

Is it just me, or does the crown topper look like Kilroy?

Pretty cool; though I have to say that I’m disappointed with the options. I couldn’t change the color of the basket weave and they didn’t have anything close to what I like.

Oh well. =)

How cute, it has a birdcage topper just like mine. In fact, I bet it IS mine!

If anyone else is really confused–you have to go to the Brides.com website–the link just takes you to Miss Strawberry’s xanga page. If you click on the image there, it just keeps going back and forth between the image and her page. I was very, very lost and sad that I couldn’t create a cake until I figured out I was not at the right site!

Sure it takes you to Miss Strawberry’s Xanga page. But she attached a link to the Brides.com website on the word “tool”. It’s not hard to miss. If you read it most of her text is green and the word “tool” is pink. Just click on that and it takes you to the correct Brides.com page.
