Tops Malibu

June 29th, 2007 @ 5:21 pm by Mrs. Lovebug

I’m not entirely clear on precisely what goes in these crepe paper “Surprize Balls” from Tops Malibu, but I’m intrigued:

There are also pretty fish-themed balls that would be lovely for Asian-inspired weddings. Also on the site, number and symbol sparkler wands, which come in mini sizes, too:

And finally, a cute idea to steal for outdoor, evening weddings: a pretty, be-ribboned sparkler centerpiece:

Flowers. Fire. Flowers. Fire. Such a tough call…

Hmmm surpirze balls…never heard of them either but berrry interesting. I like the sparkler cp alot. I just hope no one lights it with the ribbon still tied to it. Might be a fire hazard.

Is there a burning advantage/effect of a shaped sparkler? I guess it burns faster if a joint sends the spark in 2 directions?

I don’t understand the centerpiece…wouldn’t it just go out in 45 seconds? Then what?

OMG! I wish I was having an evening wedding just for this! I LOVE FIRE! =)

Andrea, I think the sparklers are for after the ceremony; I have played weddings where the guests line up in two parallel lines and raise the sparklers and the newly married couple runs underneath the canopy of sparklers. Makes for cool pictures, I’d imagine.
