Since summertime has finally arrived here in the northwest, my engagement ring has begun to sparkle again under the Seattle sun! And next month my wedding ring will join the fun!
I really thought a lot about the band I wanted - something that was classic, had meaning to both of us and most of all I wanted it to look good on my hand. I didn’t want to get a whole new set because I love my engagement ring. I apologize for the bad nails I am in need a of manicure. 
I chose the diamond and sapphire band to represent both of us (our birthstones).

Do you have a story behind your bands?
very nice! i love how you were able to make it mean something to both of you. my FI and i just plan to get matching bands. but they wont mean anything. lol
we’re planning on having my engagement ring mimic the promise ring he bought me: peridot and diamond [our birthstones]. since the peridot is the centerstone, he tells me to think of the diamonds as hugging it, like he hugs me.
I love the wedding band with the sapphires. It’s very original. They look great together.
Ooh, I agree, they look really good together! Your engagement ring actually looks like it sparkles a little blue on your hand, maybe it’s just the reflection of the blue fabric. Pretty!
I chose a sapphire/diamond band ring that looks much like your wedding band for my engagement ring. I just like blue
for our wedding bands, we made them ourselves, for each other, at The Devils Workshop (dot ca.) we just went with classic plain white gold, flat, but softened at the edges, and comfort fit.
oh that was my dream wedding band for a long time-the sapphire diamond sapphire combo! it was a great surprise to actually have it on my engagement band. i love the blue!
Oooh I love the sapphire and diamonds! (our birthstones are the same too!). I always told the bf that when he gets my engagement ring that he should get a sapphire center and diamonds around it so that he could never escape me!!! I know, I’m evil…
