July 19th, 2007 @ 5:40 pm by Mrs. Bee

Writing thank you cards is a lot of work.  Unless you use these hilarious fill in the blank thank you cards from Knock Knock!

I think these can be a fun bridal shower or bachelorette party thank you for your friends.  Poor etiquette?  I’d get a kick out of it, how bout you? icon_wink3.gif $13.95 for 12.

Knock Knock has a lot of hilarious and original gift ideas to browse through so check it out!

I’m almost out of my fill-in-the-blanks “congratulations” cards…time to re-order!

I think they’re funny, but the etiquette maven in me is drawing the line. I think maybe you could fill one out as a joke, but send a true thank you note as well.

Just my two cents! :)

Haha, i totally bought like 20 sets of these when they were on the 50% off rack at Kates Paperie! I’m going to use them for my shower gifts!

I would send them, but only for friends or family who would understand the hilarity of them! Not for your Great Aunt Sally. :)

I’d use em for everyone! My family rocks, and wouldn’t be ‘offended’.

Mr. Pumpkin really wanted something like these when we sat down to write out all of our thank you’s!

He also wanted “So Sorry You Couldn’t Make It To The Wedding” cards to send out to everyone who hadn’t replied by the RSVP deadline…

A friend of mine gave me a Gift Tracker book with these in it! It also includes “What I want” notes in the same format. I would like x for my bday, wedding, no reason etc….and then there are pages to write who got what and if you sent them a note yet. I love it! So cute :-)

After writing gazillions of heartfelts notes and thank you’s over the years, friends and family would definitely appreciate the humor in this. I might have to buy some for shower thank you’s…I wish I could justify using them for wedding TY’s. Maybe I really will with friends–they would totally get it and have already received a “serious” thank you after the shower!
