About Me: I'm a bookkeeper who failed high school algebra. I'm currently living in Los Angeles, literally a street over from where I grew up with Mr. Kiwi, my honey of three years. I have that pineapple slicer and IT ROCKS!! 
You’ll totally love the microplane. So many different uses, not just for zesting citrus. I currently use it for grating fresh parmesan cheese to top spaghetti. I’ve become such a food snob that I refuse to buy the powdered “grated” Kraft cheese in a bottle.
It’s also good for grating up some nutmeg for dark greens such as swiss chard or spinach.
I’m sure you and your future hubby will find lots more uses for it than you initially thought!

i second the microplane - it’s the best one out there. also i use the wine saver all the time. it extends the life of an open bottle of wine an extra couple of days. some cool stuff there!
That rasp, measuring spoon set and ice cream scoop are all great. I looks like it’s quality stuff for a ___ of the month deal. Good find!
