Is it okay to have a second honeymoon just a few weeks after the first? Because, let me tell you, I have found the trip! Sensational Destination’s Chocoholic Cruise. Oh, wait, it gets better. Not only is chocolate the theme of this cruise, but these cruises are hosted by celebrity chefs — Collette Peters of Collette’s Cakes in NY (!) and Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes (and the Food Network hit, Ace of Cakes), to name a few.
Perhaps I wouldn’t be quite as excited if Mr. Peppermint and I didn’t stay up nights watching marathons of Ace of Cakes and Challenge, but man, this cruise sounds incredible…
So, fellow Los Angelenos, mark your calendar for departure date…prepare to set sail from LA on January 20th, 2008!

I am a food network challenge junkie. I’ve cried a couple times (when there was a crazy heavy cake and everyone pitched in to move it, and when the woman won the extreme cakes competition with “revenge of the sock monkey”), although I’m not a huge fan of chocolate, I would love to get to meet Duff in person!

oh wow! when i read collete’s name, i immediately knew who she was! i love watching those cake decorating contests on the food network!
