I’ve never had a “blooming” tea, before, but I sure do love coconut macadamia herbal and lady grey.
Mmmmm. I loooove hibiscus tea without sugar! Or green tea with jasmine, but hibiscus is the best!
I love Honey Vanilla Chamomile Herb Tea by Celestial Seasonings!
chai all the way baby. I was in India last summer and my favorite thing was how you get offered chai every 3 minutes or so. ![]()
It’s a toss up between Earl Grey & Green Tea. Since I haven’t touched Earl Grey in a while, I’ll go with Green Tea. I drink that instead of coffee to cut down on all the half and half I was adding to my cup of joe.
There’s also the Bigelow tea here at work that is a green tea with a hint of Jasmine. It’s pretty good and works great for when I come back from lunch.
Berry blossom tea, chamomile & panera’s iced green tea! Yum!
They’re so beautiful! I love White Ginger Peach tea… Yum.
Green, rooibos or chamomile. I’m also partial to Tazo Calm.
The two great C’s… Chai tea is my first love, followed very closely by Chamomile.
chrysanthemum tea with honey : ) or bubble tea with milk & pudding/jello : D
I like the Republic of Tea’s Ginger Peach
I used blooming teas for my Bridesmaid tea and they LOVED them
Green tea… but some of the comments here sound delicious, I’ll have to try some ![]()
The du Hammm by Le Palais Des Thes
It’s a fragrant green tea flavored with green date pulp, orange blossom, rose, and red fruits.
Genmaicha (sp) has got to be the best. It’s a Japanese green tea with toasted rice in it. Yummmm.
Probably Chai. Although a close second would be a green tea with cherries that I got from Teavana once.
I blooming tea especially with the lovely flower in the end but my failsafe tea is a green tea/white tea blend.
My favorite RariTea is Dignity. I love the beauty of the blossom. Eternity is my second favorite. It’s too hard to choose just one!
Ooh, the Tao of Tea’s Honeybush for me. I can drink pots of it. So delicious!
Followed very closely by the Cape Town Rooibos and the Green Rooibos. Yum.
I’m addicted to Thai Iced Tea sans cream - it’s sooo good.
No milk, honey or sugar for me. Lemon, mint, passionfruit (makes great iced tea as well).
Tea! mmmmm! I gave up coffee several months ago and now spend a million dollars on tea a week. Ok, slight exaggeration… ![]()
oh gosh! I forgot to say my favorite kind!!.. toss up between green and chamomile, but I love rose hips– anything floral. yummy!
My favorite is this tea called “Golden Thread” that my mother brought back from Vietnam. No idea what’s in it, but it smells amazing…
Definitely green tea! No…. cinnamon apple tea then green tea.
Rooibos.
It makes me fondly remember my friends and times in South Africa.
*sniff*
green tea….but then again free tea would taste much better!
mmmm, i just ordered a bunch of these teas for my bridesmaids! my alltime favorite is from http://www.extraordinarydesserts.com. it’s called sonoma apricot. sooo fragrant and yummy!
After reading the Rariteas website, I think the most beautiful blossom is Humanity! And I love every flavor of tea!
My favorite tea on Rariteas is Spirituality.
Otherwise it’s a really good chai.
Awesome giveaway! My favorites are apricot or ginger green teas, peach or citrus flavored oolongs, spicy chai teas, blooming teas, and Rariteas Integrity and Dignity.
Chai during the day and Celestial Seasons “Sleepytime” at night!
I love green tea and jasmine tea. I would definitely love to try raritea’s “eternity” tea blend.
It is always a tie between Earl Grey and Green Tea - depends on the mood ![]()
I heart Jasmine Green Tea, Peach Ginger Twist (black tea) and Chai Lattes!
its such a toss up between jasmine, green and english breakfast. depends on my mood i guess ![]()
I’ve never tried Rariteas- so it can’t be my favorite yet- but I normally drink green tea.
i love all teas, but today, earl grey would have to be the winner — i’m so pooped and it would help by keeping me up!
there’s an independent coffee joint I frequent that is semi famous in the neighbourhood for successfully fighting hostile takeover of its location by starbucks. they have a raspberry clove mint tea that I love. it’s raspberry leaf, so not fruity, which I don’t like, the mint is refreshing, and the clove gives it a tantalizing mouth-feel. the combination of tastes and scents relaxes me and makes me think of a dear friend that I usually drink it with.
I like it with honey.
Heisse Liebe (Hot Love) tea- the combination of vanilla and raspberry is absolutely delicious. I first had it while studying abroad in Germany.
i love tea! (obviously) but my favorites are Chrysanthemum Tea and the good old English standby, PG Tips!
I love all types of tea, but I think my favorite would have to be Chai. ![]()
White teas and Jasmine, (I especially like the white and green tea blends, also.)
Barry’s Gold Label from Ireland….only bag that makes a proper cup of tea! Also, enjoy a cup of apple cinnamon tea from time to time.
I’m a huge tea drinker so I love all teas…but pear white tea and dragon ball jasmine green tea are probably my favorites. ![]()
chrysanthemum! It’s not only floral but soooo refreshing iced.
ICE COLD green tea. Seriously, there is nothing better.
I also highly recommend everyone try a tea called SPORTea. You can google it. It’s been the beverage of choice for numerous Mount Everst expedition teams and other high profile athletic events such as the United States Figure Skating Championships (an Olympic qualifying event). It’s delicious and refreshing and good for you (all natural, no calorie, etc.) (I have no affiliation with the company I just love the product).
I actually really like the Passion tea from Tazo. It is good both cold and hot.
Chai tea with milk, sugar, and a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of vanilla. Yum! It’s my absolute favorite.
My second favorite only comes out at Christmas and is called Nutcracker Sweet. My mom has been getting it for me since I was little. It tastes like a vanilla cookie - really!
Orange cinnamon spice. I think b/c it reminds me of my mom- random, I know.
Depends on the time of day and how I’m feeling….English breakfast with milk and sugar when it’s cold and I’m perfectly healthy and green tea anytime I’m not feeling well or don’t want caffeine.
Irish Breakfast Tea! YUM!
Followed closely by Starbuck’s Passion Iced Tea. Yummy.
Jasmine tea or Green tea . . . the one they serve at Chinese Restaurants
Neat prize! I love Celestial Seaonings’ “Tension Tamer”, which is decaf and tastes great both hot and iced. (And which I’ll probably start mainlining as the wedding tension piles on!!)
Lady Grey from a British company I forget the name of.
my absolute favorite is cinnamon apple chamomile, simply delicious!
My favorite is Dragon Ball Yin Zhen White Tea, also known as Gong Yi Tea… it’s the best tea, and tea leaves open up like a blooming peony flower!!
I love the teavana matevana loose leaf tea. It’s so good! It’s like coffee in that it energizes me in the morning.
Jasmine tea for flavor or chamomile + hibiscus for relaxation ![]()
My favorite is Genmai-Cha but I drink a lot of tea. Most days it is an English Breakfast. I also love Rooibos.
Of the Raritieas I am most excited to see the Spirituality “bloom”.
I have to say Green Tea for every day, and Chai for nights out!
i love dragon peal jasmine tea that someone gave us as a wedding gift!
Marco Polo from Mariage Freres…scent alone is heavenly.
My favorite tea is The Republic of Tea’s Be Well Red Teas: “get clean” for those days I eat something particularly greasy to detox my system and “get relief” because my stomach is sensitive and it aids in my digestion.
Chai, Green, Earl Grey, I love it all. Since I found out I can’t drink coffee anymore, tea is my newest addiction! ![]()
black teas of all sort–currently on a darjeeling kick, but always have room for some earl grey!
I love almost every tea I’ve tried, but am super fond of white teas and Earl Grey.
my favorite is green tea, but a very specific high mountain green tea from central taiwan. it’s grown at a certain altitude and without pesticides - nothing i’ve had has ever beaten it!
Jasmine tea….and on a separate note…i also love tea with lots of lemon and honey!;-)
I’m a huge fan of Rooibos varieties - lots of that good stuff, naturally caffeine free…and it makes killer SWEET tea for us southerners ![]()
those blooming teas look so good! my favorite regular tea is early grey.
my favorite tea is GuanYim tea. It’s very rich and doesn’t have the burnt taste to it. Aside from that, a lot of older asian people like it as well and usually choose this tea for their “afternoon chat” tea. It’s how I came to like it when I was invited to sit with my bf’s mother and aunt one afternoon
It can be a little strong at first but it is very refreshing. I get it by the pound at the asian market in chinatown. Love it!
I’m boring, I think my favorite is just the plain old orange pekoe-and-pekoe.
Is this a re-post? Maybe I read Weddingbee too much, but I swear I answered this…Orange cinnamon spice tea, please! ![]()
one of my favorites teas so far is a rooibos tea. And also Tetley, but only if it’s truly from England. (there is a huge difference!) I have a friend who introduced it to me when we worked at a summer camp together and now he sends it to me.
i’ve been wanting to try the rariteas for a long time!
[...] also have until 4:00 pm EST to enter yesterday’s Rariteas Blooming Teas contest - we’ll be announcing the winner later [...]
red tea, all the antioxidants of green tea without the caffeine
I love chai especially, but the tea that I love the most is the afternoon tea served at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC. It was the first tea I ever tried and loved, and has been my favorite ever since. Of course, it is also the most expensive tea I’ve ever seen, so I often settle for a nice chai or green jasmine tea.
I love Chai Tea from coffee bean…
but Jasmine tea is my favorite~
A vanilla green tea that I had in Germany is the best tea I’ve ever had.
My favorite kind of tea is Jasmine tea.
Not the kind of green Jasmine tea that is commercially popular, but the Jasmine tea that is served in authentic Chinese restaurants with black tea leaves or sometimes mixed with oolong tea.
Once, my mom bought Jasmine flowers that had been dried to drop into any kind of tea for that wonderful aroma and taste.
I love passion fruit green tea (especially with boba, hehe)
It’s a tie between Vanilla Tea and Peach Tea- I love them both soooooo much!
My favorite tea is called Snow Geisha. Its a white tea with candied cherries thats served hot.
My favorite is anything served at the Portland Classical Chinese Gardens. http://www.portlandchinesegarden.org. Thus concludes my shameless plug for a really cool place everyone should check out.
I like green tea mixed with jasmine tea. It’s surprisingly yummy and gives off a somewhat fruity scent.
strawberry sencha green tea. with sugar water. at tealuxe in providence.
i love green tea!
nice n hot n relaxing green tea.
or iced green tea with honey (very refreshing!)
Jasmine tea with a shot of raspberry juice and a squeeze of lemon!
i love jasmine tea…but i LOVE wild sweet orange tea from starbucks..extra hot with 2 splendas!
I love all teas, but a really good earl grey is my favorite, with milk and sugar. Boring, but good.
I love orange blossom teas, with a hint of spice. Those teas are almost like a big, warm hug in the winter time when I need something to cheer me up!
Decaffeinated green tea … I had to kick my caffeine habit years ago hehehehehe
[...] Remember you still have until 6 pm EST to enter yesterday’s Rariteas Blooming Tea contest. [...]
Green tea with faintly salted cherry leaves =]! It smells just as good as it tastes!
japanese cherry green tea - tastes so good, and reminds me of cherry chapstick (in a good way)
I like to mix and match teas — my current favorite is a jasmine tea mixed in with peach oolong leaves ![]()
When the mood strikes for tea, I’ve got to have a hot cup of jasmine green tea, with a tiny bit of sugar added.
I love Sleepytime tea with honey. That’s what my mother used to give me when I wasn’t feeling well!
These are the most beautiful tea sets. Chamomile is always soothing. Generally I prefer Raspberry tea or Green tea.
