My engagement ring is lonely no more!
Mr. Raspberry and I decided to open our wedding gifts from each other the morning of the wedding when no one else was around. We made the deal that no one else could be in the room when we opened our gifts. I really wanted to make sure that Mr. Raspberry got a few minutes to himself before the wedding.
When I opened my gift, I totally freaked out! He gave me this jewelry box from Red Envelope in brown:
and when I opened it…. this was inside 
The eternity band that he gave me as my present is the exact same as my wedding band, so I am going to wear one on each side of my engagement ring… see below (and Mr. Raspberry’s ring is down there too 
).

is there a special reason behind why he purchased a second ring?
The reasoning behind the second ring was that I would have the same ring on each side of my engagement band, which is what both of our moms have and he wanted to carry on the tradition.
