Wish I’d had that mold for my fiance’s birthday…but what would *I* have had for dessert?

heh - i work PT at a Sur La Table and one of my co-workers wants to hollow out the center after baking and make an ice cream cake from it. that would certainly make a nice treat on a hot summer day. (they’ve been selling pretty well in our store
