I also thought about using a cute dorky toy as a favour, but I couldn’t find anything in budget. Then I had a brain wave and arranged and a transaction of cash + swapped goods for an origami menagerie with an online friend. Each guest will get an origami animal, plus a stack of shortbreads sized to look like a two tier wedding cake (I stole the idea from somewhere, probably Martha Stewart) that I’m making with the help of two of my best friends next week.
MissDottie’s wedding was so cute! I loved the theme, and it all fit together really well.
The toys were a cute gift!
