Greenie Revisited

grass box

Reader meleven asked us to help her find some shallow trays for possible wheatgrass placecard holders or centerpieces. My little spidey legs did some crawling all over the web and found these affordable options:

First, some grass.

lawn grass

patch grass

Then, some possible container options.

cooper

I took a look around my house after all this research and I’ve decided Green Lucy Balls definitely need to come and stay awhile!

Wow!!! Thank you so very much! I am thrilled with those results, I hope they help other crafty bees, too. Those prices are reasonable, and with my coupon hunting skills I could likely get an additional discount. This is a project that has been on my mind for quite some time, so thanks for the momentum and resources. Or, should I say “Muchas Grass-ias”? :-P

How ’bout putting the grass in a jelly roll pan? You could use it later as a…er, jelly roll pan.

omgosh, i’m so glad you found these items. I’ve been searching for long narrow glass holders for a long long time. And once those cube holders are back in stock, I can complete my centerpiece decor.
