taking a few pictures with our guests

Our Vera Wang Love Knots toasting flutes on the cake table

my bouquet on the table….

champagne for toasting and to drink with the cake

(yes, I did change my dress to a short dupioni silk ABS dress at the Friday reception - I couldn’t foxtrot in my big poofy wedding gown!)

us cutting into the WRONG layer of the cake aka the styrofoam layer….
(if you look closely, you can see the hubs wearing his wedding gift!)

the hubs contemplating whether or not he should smash cake in my face - this is right before I threatened him! ![]()

doing the linking arms drinking thing…
Toasts:

Our First Dance: <to “It Had To Be You”>

the dance ended with him seating me back down and giving me a kiss on the hand
Time to get this party started!

the band - we used Third Party Live - they were great!

being silly with my sister…
time to slow it down….

dancing together as hubby and wife

slow dancing with my sister while the hubby goes to enjoy the open bar with his buddies

time to toss the bouquet!

check out my sister! LOL - she claims that she was trying to push one of our other friends into the front to catch it, but the photo evidence suggests otherwise!

garter time! (funny story: MIL asked the hubs later on why he got it with his hands rather than going to get it with his teeth!?! crazy mom!)

Our guest favors were small birds nests filled with chocolate truffle robins eggs - both from Williams-Sonoma.
