So as the bride and her ladies were getting ready…

3:00 Groom and GMs arrive at Napa Cottages.

Believe it or not, Mr.Tomato was actually slightly early. And I freaked out, because he came in as I was in the middle of getting ready! NOT the first glimpse of me I wanted him to see. The bridesmaids had to shoo him outside. To keep him busy, I asked the photographer to take some shots of him. 

Moving on to the timeline…

3:45
- Bride/Groom/Wedding Party and Photographers depart for Auberge
- Coordinator arrives at Auberge. Begin set-up of A/V equipment for the slideshow and sound system.
- Coordinator gives menus, programs, favors and placecards to helpers for set-up
- Coordinator sets up guest book on the welcome table and candles around the venue

4:00
- Florist arrives and distributes personal flowers to wedding party by 4:15 pm
- Photographers arrive and set-up in the vacant, unused dining room
- Coordinator to pay photographers and florist (I had given her payment envelopes the day before)
- Bride/Groom and Wedding Party arrive at Auberge; Bride gives items including cell phone to Coordinator
- Groom gives Prius car keys (we used our Prius as our getaway car!) to Coordinator
- Photos with entire wedding party

A nearby fan made my veil go haywire! But it made for some fun and unique pictures.

My sister (MOH) helping me with my train wherever I go! (she later blogged about how annoying it was )

5:00
- Ushers and gift helper arrive
- Pianist arrives and begins rehearsing
- Coordinator to pay pianist

5:30
- Videographers arrive and set up in unused dining room
- Coordinator to pay Videographer

5:35
- Bride retreats to bridal room; no one to enter (I really wanted a moment of silence and reflection before I walked down the aisle, so I scheduled it in.)
- Officiant and Groom get mic’d (so they could be heard loud and clear by all! I didn’t need a mic since I’d be standing close to Mr. Tomato)
- Emcee to test audio system and mic

5:45
- BMs clean up their items and place in the dining room
- Coordinator places Bride’s purse with touch-up items in dining room; rest of the items go in the getaway car
- Prayer with Mr. Tomato and family

According to the timeline, 15 minutes until I walk down the aisle!
