No, Mrs. Lily is not dead… just hibernating. I know it has taken me WAY TOO LONG to get our wedding pics out to you all, but I am going to start right now!
All of these exquisite photos are courtesy of Sergio Photographer — he holds the copyright on these so pretty please do not distribute them.
OK, here goes:
Me, looking very 1950s with curlers in my hair:

The dress (it’s a Pricilla of Boston dress from 1965. It belonged to my Aunt first and then to my Mom. I had an incredible seamstress help me update it a bit.)

Me, checking out my hair:

My shoes — so pretty, so not comfy:

Me getting my makeup done outdoors where the light was best:

My maid-of-honor putting my jewelry on me — all of my jewlery was made by Tobie Bloom. She is the best and I will blog about her later. Check out my earrings and bracelet in later pics.

Cute Mr. Lily getting his bout pinned on:

Me getting my buttons looped with a crochet hook:

The boys getting buzzed — why does it only take them 30 seconds to get ready?

At last, I’m dressed!:

The wonderful seamstress made a little pocket for me in my lining to hold the bustle ribbons. The pocket was embroidered with the name of my aunt, my Mom, and myself, and the dates of our weddings. The blue thread was my “something blue” and matched the bridesmaids too!:

Maid-of-honor again, putting on my veil (I wish I had my Mom do this now…):

Back of dress with veil:

Me, totally beautified:

Mr. Lily… so adorable and he was just born that way — no team of groomers necessary!:
