Too Pretty To Burn

August 15th, 2007 @ 5:25 pm by Mrs. Spider

I have spoken before about my love affair with Blue Rainbow Design from which we bought our place cards and favors. I recently paid the site a visit and was delighted to see an expansion in their candle selection. The next placecard/favor needing soiree I plan is definitely going to include these adorable little guys here:

$1.81 for set of 2 cows

Here are some others that caught my eye. Imagine guest names and table numbers written across a paper leaf affixed to the white orchid or written on a paper curl of “steam” pinned to the top of coffee cup or on paper footprints “following” the flip flops. My DIY brain is spinning with possibilities!

i bought some crystal butterfly (by fashion craft) candle favors from them and sadly it was of really poor quality (even though they’re super cute in the picture). i ended up spending over $100 to ship it back!

I ended up getting the measuring spoons and they’re adorable!

So becareful ladies! do not buy the crystal clear butterfly candle favors unless you like cheap looking plastic beads binded with wire.

Thanks for the tip! I found the perfect cake servers for our reception! We’re having a centerpiece cake on every table and I needed a bunch of inexpensive cake servers so people would be able to cut and serve the cake on their table. That’s one more checkmark on my list!
