Hi. I’m Miss Cherry Blossom and I am a wedding-obsessed-super-detailed-oriented-super-cheesy”corny”-chick flick collector-DIY-lovah … nice to meet you. If that wasn’t a mouthful already, I’m sure I can go on some more. 
Me = Miss Cherry Blossom. Who would have thunk it?! Not me and for that I feel extremely lucky to have been selected to be a part of this wedding community since I’ve been an avid reader since before Weddingbee was launched and since well, before I was engaged. Now I can shamelessly talk about anything and everything wedding related without fear that my friends might think that I am incapable of talking or thinking about anything else. I think I am already worried about post-wedding-depression. Just Kidding!
All kidding aside. Let me tell you a little about Mr. Cherry Blossom and myself. First, it was a failed opportunity by friends to introduce me to this guy they thought I would be interested in, followed by meeting him once a year over the next two years in a row at a friend’s birthday party, did we finally become friends … third time’s the charm, right? Mr. Cherry Blossom likes to tease me “oooooh, it must be fate.” Yeah, I’d like to think so. 
We were friends for a year and half before we finally officially got together. Fast forward 5 1/2 years later, and we’re planning the two-day weekend wedding of our dreams.
Our biggest similarity is that we have no shame being goofy and silly all the time. We love to laugh and have tons of fun. I think 80% of our pictures are very off-the-wall goofiness so picking pictures for our slideshow is going to be a tough time to come. At the same time, we’re very different on many levels. He’s a very neat person and I’m a total slob - generally known as - “organized mess.” (< — living together for the first time after getting married will be a true experience) I’m a talker … and thank goodness, he’s a great listener… most of the time ( I don’t blame him for tuning me out sometimes, I can go on forever.) I can get stressed very easily and he’s completely chill and kick back. We’re a pretty good balance of each other.
I love looking for a great deal and searching for new and fresh ideas which I hope to share with you all. I hope you’ll find my blogging useful and look forward to blogging some more.
p.s. btw … uber thrilled that I got Miss Cherry Blossom, considering I love anything cherry blossom “aka sakura” which we’re also trying to incorporate into the wedding, even though unfortunately it won’t be in season during our wedding. * fingers crossed * for a miracle. keke. a girl can wish right?

Another fresh wedding!!!! Yeah!!!!! It makes me sad when the bees are almost all married and there isn’t the anticipation anymore. Now we have brand new excitement!!!

Welcome Miss Cherry Blossom! I really enjoyed reading this and marvelled the whole way through your post that I could have written it myself about me and my FI, right down to our engagement date. Except I’M the neat one and he’s not. His stuff isn’t even an organized mess, it’s just a mess!!
I’m also obsessed with cherry blossoms, even though they’ll be out of season for my (August 08) wedding too.
