The theme: a bridal tea party! Look at this lovely spread of cucumber & mint; chicken salad and tuna/pesto tea sandwiches paired with an assortment of hot & iced teas(not pictured), fresh fruit, Greek pasta salad & desserts!

Not typical of the bride to do, but I actually ended up helping my MOH with a lot of the food preparation. Not that I minded one bit. We had fun chatting and hanging out like we used to when we were younger.

One of the sweetest gifts we received was from my MOH. It’s a puzzle of one of our engagement pictures which will be later framed.

This was a game where I had to answer a bunch of questions about my groom. For every question I got wrong, I’d get a pompom in various places on my body. Although not seen here, there were more of these but it kept falling off. I guess after all these years, I still don’t know my groom that well. Oh, and I’m wearing the winning tissue veil.

Finally a group shot!

Just my girls: 3 best friends that I met from different stages of my life, 1 sister (our relationship was not always at its best) & after all these years of watching this little girl grow up, I can finally call her my niece.

The food looks absolutely great…..ummmm.
