Mrs. Bee told me that my wedding day will the most photographed day in my life. In our case, she was totally right because there were dozens of tourists who stopped to watch our wedding and took pictures. Everyone and their mother had a camera and were snapping pictures left and right. Another “St. Pat’s bride” from the knot came to our ceremony to check it out and here are her pictures. Thank you D.L.! I really loved seeing these since none of our guests had pictures from this perspective. They were already seated and Henry was getting ready for my walk down the aisle.
Kekeke I am getting married!!!
On the steps outside of St. Patrick’s.
Does my veil look okay?
Yeh, my turn to walk!
Entering the cathedral from the vestibule.
Are you ready?
Mr. Security fluffed my train and here we go!
Some of you were asking me about what they do about tourists during a wedding at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. As you can see the main aisle is roped off during the wedding. Tourists are still allowed to enter the cathedral and walk around the left and right aisles. Many sat down in the pews to watch and others stood at the back. They were all very respectful and remained quiet during the wedding. As we walked out, they all clapped so we hammed it up and kissed!
Thank you D.L. and good luck on your special day to come!!!
