We’re very excited to announce our biggest new feature to date - weddingbee boards!
BIL Bee worked super hard to integrate boards into our existing software, so all the credit goes to him. Thanks BIL Bee!
We get a lot of email here at weddingbee, and unfortunately we can’t answer them all, so hopefully boards will enable brides to tap into the collective knowledge of the community. Just think of it as a bigger, better beehive!
It’s currently in beta, and the bees have also been testing it out for the past two weeks, but we’d love to hear your feedback. You have to create an account in order to comment, so please play around and let us know what you think!!

sweet! congrats! this is a huge step for you and the site, and looks like it’s going to be great!
yay! this is exciting! i don’t know if this was just my computer, but after i filled everything in to register and then clicked on the register button, i came to a blank page. nothing was loading or told me that my registration was complete so i reloaded the page and thought i didn’t register. so i ended up registering again. i got both e-mails saying i registered though.
I hope it doesn’t turn into the knot boards (shudder)
I had the same problem and then when i reloaded the page it said my username was invalid. Is there a specific format to follow when selecting a user name?
Actually the same happened to me too. But, I only registered once because I got the email before I filled out the form again.
Oh no, now I’ll REALLY never get anything done at work! 
I encountered the same issues as others when I submitted my registration.
your username can’t have space in it, so if you try to create a username with a space, you should get a warning that “Your username was not valid, please try again.” Once you put in a username without a space, it should say that your info was emailed to you.
If you can describe the problem more, that’d be great and we’ll look into it!
I second that I really hope it does not turn into the knot boards. The boards are so mean sometimes.

Hmmm… I’ve tried refreshing the page several times but I’m not seeing the “boards” tab at the top of the page. But I’ll try the link you provided instead 
Yay for boards though! This is awesome!
the tab is disabled for now, but we will turn it on in the near future.
Hey! I am so excited for the new Boards feature! I have been reading WeddingBee for months now and am totally hooked! I’ve been having some problems registering for the boards though…It keeps telling me my user name is not valid…even though I have no space. Any sugestions?
i’m glad you separated the not wedding related items… it’ll make it easier to find things when it gets more crowded with discussions. and i love that someone started a resources discussion!
can you try logging in to see if the registration went through anyway?
Is anyone else still having trouble- I tried to re-register and it said 1) you password is being emailed and 2) your username is invalid. I never got an email either- anyone else having this problem?

I looked but did not see it- can you send me the password possible?
I tried to register and it said my password was being e-mailed– lag time? I’m not sure if there’s a problem or if I just need to wait longer!
Cool! I just hope they dont turn into the “bitchfests” that are a lot of the knottie boards. go bees…..

Just an initial reaction/constructive comment for y ou: I wish that there were a clearer separation between each comment, with a rule or box or something — it’s looking a little jumbled and hard to follow, no? And I kinda wish each poster’s name was at the top of their comment instead of the bottom. But those are just little things I noticed
Oops, my bad — I see now that there are very light boxes alternating on each comment….. it’s just really really hard to see (but that might be my monitor).
This is great! I can’t wait to start using it.
