Sweep or Poof

August 30th, 2007 @ 8:26 am by Mrs. Strawberry

Dear lord I’m getting married on Saturday. I need your help. I had my hair trial yesterday and need some help deciding which do to do. Oh by the way, while I was getting my hair done, I got my car towed. $350 to get it out of the impound lot. Fortunately, I had my veil with me and I sobbed hysterically and got it reduced. Anyway. Should I go for the side sweep bangs or the poof in the middle? Sweep or Poof? Poof or Sweep?

I personally like the bangs the best, both look great though! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!

Well…you don’t look as happy in the “poof” - are you? I like it but the side swept bangs may be more classic and timeless than the poof - thich will you want when you look back in pictures 20, 30, 40 years from now?

It does seem true that you don’t look as happy in the “poof”…I’d say go with the side sweep, but really, you look great in both!

I like the poof better…I think it opens up your face/looks brighter. But I also question whether it will date your photos in 10-20 yrs. The bangs I guess are more timeless. Both look good though so you can’t lose with whatever you choose.

SWEEP - I’m afraid you may look back at the poof (as we do with the 80’s) and say…what was I thinking…

I love the poof - but I think it is too trendy for a wedding!

both look great (dang, your hair just is movie-star-esque!), but i’m a gonna go for the sweep… same thing a lot of the other girls have said — trends!

Both look great! I agree with people that the sweep is more classic and elegant. Good luck this weekend!

For sure-sweep! Poof looked lovely on Carmen Electra but she’s divorced now so I say do the sweep!

Good look this weekend!

side swept bangs for sure. you look down right bummed out with the poof! but i agree that it’s more timeless. i think “will my kids think — mom, what were you thinking?” then it goes! congratulation and have a beautiful day!
