When I’m not obsessing about our wedding I play the cello in my band (which Mr. Radish is in too), read as much as I can, sleep even more, travel whenever possible, and try to find time to have fun with my friends. I’m also working on finishing up my journalism degree with a concentration in environmental reporting and I’m the VP of my campus Amnesty International chapter… so I’m a pretty busy bee.

About Mrs. Radish

I need to stop even going into an Anthropologie store. I can never seem to leave empty handed. I already got my rehearsal dinner dress there, and the last time I went I bought (another) dress to change into for the “after party” that we had following the formal reception. I’m not sure that it was really necessary… but I couldn’t help myself. I don’t have any pictures yet from the wedding day of me in it, but here is me wearing it in my apartment.

I also got these Kenzie shoes to go with it… also from Anthropologie (see I’m addicted!). They turned out to be very comfortable and I’ll definitely wear them again. A good buy indeed. :-)

White House Black Market! Bridal shower dress, rehearsal dinner dress, after party dress, going away dress…did I *really* need that many??? They were pretty and on sale, I had to find places to wear them!

I love your shoes!!!

I LOVE that store! I love getting wedding gifts for people from there!!!

That’s like me with Ann Taylor (and Ann Taylor Loft). 80% of my closet comes from there: work clothes, weekend clothes, party dresses, coats…it’s like clothing crack to me! I’m actually shocked that I didn’t end up getting the BM dresses there.

Those are the cutest shoes EVER! And I just found them at Dillards.com for $34.95!! :)

I buy anything from Anthropologie that will actually fit my 38DD chest! (Usually just comfy tops and sweaters, unfortunately…) I’m actually wearing a skirt I bought there back in 1998 right now.

Another fave purchase from there from years ago is a chair I have in my living room. It was a floor sample sale for $800 (yes, for just a CHAIR!), but it was well worth it, and I’m just sad I didn’t splurge and get the ottoman to go with it at the time…it’s been the best investment I’ve made in the past 10 years, furniture-wise, hands down.

Now if they would just make dresses that fit us size 18 girls…

I am soooo in love with Anthropologie - everything about the store and their goods. i want to decorate my home like the store and inhale the yummy scented candles that can only be found there (it’s not just once scent, but the mixture of all the candles at once I have found). Love their dresses and furniture! My friend did her registry for bridal shower as a “wish list” at Anthro. I great idea I plan to do myself! :)

Also LOVE Betsey Johnson for dresses!

Mrs. Radish, those Kenzie shoes are SO cute! I was actually looking in to ordering them online and wondered how they fit - did you get the same size you normally wear or half a size up or down?

Yay about such a cute dress and shoes combo! :)

I love them, too, but now, I’m not a big girl, but I do have issues with their sizing…I am skinny, ok, there! BUT, I have big hips and I have big boobs and I cannot seem to fit well into their dresses, at least none of the ones I’ve ever ordered. I’ve ended up having to return all of them.

Yeah, yeah, go ahead, cry for me.

I’m an Ann Taylor girl. And of course the Loft! I like Anthro, but the clothes don’t seem to fit me right. But I love the gifts there!

I bought white blossoms dress on sale at Anthropologie! Unfortunately it ended up being a little big and I had to return it, but I LOVVVVED it and wished they had it the next size smaller.

I’m a fan of White House Black Market and J Crew for dresses! Rehearsal dress was J Crew, WHBM for 2 weddings we went to earlier this summer (plus I just bought a dress there even though I don’t have a specific even to wear it to yet… :-/ )
