Towards the beginning of my engagement, I met with a lot of different friends, and one of them gave me her cutest confession: She told me she practiced her smile in front of the mirror for the big day. That’s not just cute, it’s good advice! I’m sure you want to look your best on your wedding day, and no matter how much you practice, when the big day comes along, all the “practicing” goes out the window. 
Still, it doesn’t hurt to try it in front of the mirror. Then I came across this hilarious commerical ….
Now fess up ladies, how many of the things she did in the video, have you tried in front of the mirror? For me it’s practicing the smile so far. But I’m sure I’ll graduate to practicing saying my I do’s!

Mr. Chickadee and I practice “the kiss” on a daily basis! I’m afraid it will look too cold or too much like we’re making out up there, so we practice something sort of in the middle of those two extremes…I’m just crazy like that!

Haven’t practiced too mush, but I’m sure at some point we’ll practice our kiss and our first dance.
that’s a GREAT commercial, i just watched it twice! i haven’t done any of those things in the mirror but i am 13 months away from the wedding! i still have time to go completely batshit.

Like chickadee - We definitely practiced the kiss. The funny thing is, my best friend actually asked me on the wedding day if we practiced because she said it was perfect! Practice definitely makes perfect.

OMG… I’ve been doing the smile thing forever… and my friends always poke fun of my camera smile. Little do they know I’ve been practicing it for years!
I’ve been practicing my vows and my little “why i am married him interview” for the videographer because I don’t want to cry or sound lame. I do them on my way home for work when there is nothing to sing to on the radio!
