Another good layout program is Scribus (http://www.scribus.net/ and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scribus). Scribus is free and available for Linux, Unix, MacOS X, OS/2 and Windows. As far as I could find, the ones you listed were either Windows only or Windows and MaxOS X only, neither of which I use so I thought I’d point this one out in case there are any other Linux(or Unix or OS/2) users reading weddingbee.
