I just got back from meeting the lovely Miss Petunia! She’s in NYC visiting from Ft. Lauderdale, so we met at the famous Magnolia’s Bakery since I live right by it.

Here we are toasting our cupcakes!

Miss Petunia is so sweet she even brought me a gift. She saw that I blogged about how much I love eggs on one of my personal blogs awhile back, and brought me a book on cooking eggs in all kinds of different ways. Then we dished about all the weddingbee dirt over cupcakes!

It was wonderful meeting you Miss Petunia! I haven’t met all the bees, but I hope to meet you all one day!

Ooh I still haven’t gotten around to eating those famous cupcakes! I only eat their So Cal competition’s Sprinkles cupcakes. I wonder which ones are better?

Anon — thank you for saying that about the shawl, but best of all, that shawl is a steal — run yet to a NY & Co. and buy ye one for what I believe was only $12.95!

It was tagged for $24.95 or something like that but just happened to be on sale this past weekend. I bought it special for my NY trip, as I worried it’d be cold!
