I’ve been fielding lots of questions about the color of my bridesmaid dresses, so before I gave all my vendor reviews, I thought I’d clear up the issue. They’re vintage blue and they were part of J. Crew’s fall/early winter ’06 collection. One of the drawbacks to loving someone’s colors from J. Crew is that unless it’s black or navy, you may never see it again. However, right now, J. Crew has brought back the color for their current collection, but this time it’s in silk! (Our dresses were cotton cady)
These dresses are even a bit cheaper ($165) than the original prices of ours ($225-260)!

Beautiful Color… and I absouletly love Jcrew dresses. Too bad we dont have those here in Canada 
I love the JCrew dresses as well, but from what I could tell online dress sizes only go up to a 16. This was kind of a disappointment nto me because I have 2 bridesmaids who are sizes 18/20. Does anyone know if they offer plus sizes at all?

I absolutely LOVE the JCrew dresses. I wish they would come out with a few more bridal versions with the detailing they had last season.
And that color blue is delicious. Probably made somebody’s baby blue POP!
Your dresses are beautiful. Two of my bridesmaids are wearing the silk chiffon “Sophia” dress in Vintage blue. They got it on sale for $90. The other two are wearing Navy J crew dresses due to limited sizes.
I am using this color as well! Just wondering where you found matching ties for the gentlemen! Thanks!
