About Mrs. Gummi Bear

My Hands Hate Me.

October 4th, 2007 @ 12:20 pm by Mrs. Gummi Bear

I’m a slave driver. I’m forcing last minute crafts into my schedule of work and meetings like nobody’s business… well, except yours, of course! Well, like all the rest of us and our envy of Mrs. Plumeria’s awesome palmier idea, we wanted to offer something as a snack upon arrival! It’s been tough to keep Mr. GB from eating the cookies!!! I think an electronic remote collar with zapping on his neck will work.

Cookie Belts!

yes, the bear are for our “special” friends… points if you are so geeky to know who he is!

We have been printing and cutting these leisurely while watching Daily Show or the Office, so it’s been slow going on getting them ready. I think we’ll keep the tradition of doing these at a slow pace while watching tv as to trick Mr. GB into doing more crafts while he’s “resting”. Not that I don’t have a bunch of wood that I need him to cut for me this week…. don’t ask.

Am I done crafting? I think so, but I forget. This is how busy we are, I don’t even know how busy anymore!

I loved Mrs. Plumeria’s idea as well! I love your labels. I like how the bird flies off the page but it’s in the same curvature as the cookie!

snow pea: I hadn’t even thought of that… but hey, works out for us! :D

spider: that’s fine, I already drive by yours every night… creepy!

tea: most of these last minute crafts have been really fast and easy, or something that takes very little sit-down time. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone as insanely obsessed with details as I am.

Mrs. Spider and I can join our forces and create a fan club, we could be co-stalkers. We can throw gummi bears at your door in the middle of the night as a tribute/worship/sacrifice (???) so that your almighty craftiness and creativity might rub off on us. Really, I don’t meant to be creepy.

I’ve always been an epson girl, but Mr. GB has a standard HP officejet - just be sure to print on good paper with the highest possible dpi printing quality and use a lossless image, png, psd, whatever it is, make sure there is no artifacting! :D

- i made mine in photoshop and printed it as a merged, one layer psd. :) I think you can do better in illustrator, but I don’t have time to push myself into that learning curve, so photoshop it is!
