In the last year, six couples Mr. Jasmine and I know from law school have gotten engaged. It’s such a treat to see couples you knew during their courtship on their way to the altar!
School seems to be the most popular and enduring place for couples to meet. I went through sixteen years of school without finding anyone special, but I finally met the man of my dreams in law school — just in the knick of time. 
Notre Dame will always be special to Mr. Jasmine and I because our relationship began and blossomed there.

Yup- we met the first day of his freshman orientation at the University of Rochester!
Mr Peony and I met at Johns Hopkins. We actually know very few fellow college sweethearts, so it’s great to see so many here!

We met while I was in grad school and he at law school at the University of South Carolina–in a coffee shop!
Carnegie Mellon! I liked his roommate first who had a gf and then met him. he was so cute. and still is. hahahah.
We didn’t meet in college, but we were there at the same time! Yay UGA!

We met at Boston University, he was a senior and I was a freshman (scandal, i know). The school of Education there is going to start getting a reputation: we just attended a wedding of one of my former housemates and there were at least 7 S.E.D. couples who are either recently married or engaged there! Pretty exciting!

We went to the same HS (he was a senior when I was freshman), but didn’t meet until after college.

We met freshman year at the University of Washington….Go Huskies!
We didn’t meet in school, but both went to the University of Florida at the same time and had lots of mutual friends in common! Go Gators!
We met during college, because we were both in the same city. Shout out to Emory and Morehouse! Next year we’ll both be at Michigan for grad school. Go Blue!
Mr. Chickadee and I went to different colleges, but we spent so many weekends driving back and forth that sometimes I feel like I went to University of Illinois too! We actually had a lot of friends of friends who thought I went to school there because they basically saw me every other weekend!
UCLA! We were neighbors during our senior year at our apartment building on Roebling 
My FI was my R.A. my freshman year at St. Cloud State! GO HUSKIES!
My fiance and I met in math class at UC Berkeley! GO BEARS!!!! #2 in the nation in college football =)

We met while in college but I went to an all women’s college - hard to meet the men there. He went to a school that’s fairly male-heavy and so he joined the men’s glee club so that he could visit the women’s colleges - I sang in our glee club and we sang concerts together. Smith College and Worcester Polytech! 
We got together when I was finishing undergrad and he was in grad school–both at the University of Tennessee. Go Vols!
University of WA! Glad to see other seattle girls on here! We were both in the good ol greek system so met at a party. I’m a Chi O, he’s a Deke.
Texas Tech Red Raiders baby! We’ve been inseparable since freshman year and both graduated early last December!!
We met in college at Georgia College & State University, but were only friends then. We kept in touch over the years off & on. We had our first date 3.5 yrs post graduation and are getting married 4 yrs after that.

while we didn’t meet at school we were both there at the same time. narrowly missing each other on several occasions.
We met in the meteorology department at Penn State! WE ARE……
Southern Wesleyan University…it’s a small school. As in under 500 students living on campus. I love it, though.
But hey, last year our girls basket ball team and our baseball team won the National Christian Colleges Athletics Association (NCCAA) championship!

We met at Stuyvesant High School but didn’t start dating until our freshmen year in college.

Cal Poly, SLO!
We met my first week of freshman undergrad. I was sassy, apparently, and he was attracted. It wasn’t for another two years until fate brought us to interacting with each other.
We went to the same college and med school (USC!)- but it took us 6 years before we met- in SF! Funny thing that it took so long, seeing how we had all these mutual friends =) and were in the same extracurriculars as undergraduates.

We met at UC Santa Barbara. I was waitressing, he was the oyster bar chef at a local restaurant.

We met at the University of Maryland- in the marching band! So many couples we knew from the band have gotten married!
we met during our sophomore year at art school in baltimore. i can’t call out our sports teams, because ….yeah…..art schools don’t have sports teams;)
My fiance and I started dating junior year of high school, but we then continued onto the same college, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.
University of San Francisco’s business school~ Woo hoo!
My fiance and I met during orientation week freshman year. We became organic chemistry lab partners, then best friends. We’ve been best friends now for 7 years through undergrad and med school at Northwestern. Go Wildcats!
We met my first year of grad school at Rutgers. I was a student, he work for the university.
For my wedding which is a Hindu wedding we have to fast and our wedding is 1:30 pm. We can’t eat food with salt. and i was told we can’t see each other for 21 days until the wedding.
