Mr. Canary and I are in the midst of working on our Save-the-Date cards with our fantabulous designers Nicole and Erin from Bird and Banner. But lucky for us, Mr. C is a writer and was really hands on with the text. We’ll dedicate a post to our beautiful cards when they’re done… but in the meantime, I wanted to share a great discovery.

For any one else needing text inspiration, there’s VerseIt.com, a Web site dedicated to helping you find the right words for any occasion (weddings, birthdays, business-related). There are even tips on adorning stationery as well as addressing envelopes.

I can’t wait to see your save-the-dates! I bet they’re going to be gorgeous– I love Bird and Banner’s work. Ours are all done and I’m dying to blog about them, but I want to wait until we’ve mailed them first.
