About Mrs. Flamingo

Stephanie James Couture

I love anything with a vintage feel, and even more so if it’s glamorous. When I came across Stephanie James Couture, I fell in love! (I was disappointed because I already purchased my wedding dress.)

Look how stunning these dresses and photography shots are. I love the fact that they used vintage airplanes to highlight the dresses - it makes the whole look just “fit” together. How I wish I was in that era.

Her website is filled with gorgeous dresses, suits and accessories. She even created a blog to keep everyone posted on her daily adventures. Stop by, cuz her website is pleasing to the eye!

Wow, gorgeous! I love the short dresses, but I’m too scared to wear one!

If you live near Huntington Beach you should check out her little shop. It’s adorable! Her husband, Jim Kennedy, has his photography studio right next door to hers. Her dresses are uber amazing!

I was thisclose to wearing a Stephanie James dress, but stumbled across my equally gorgeous dress and had to make a very difficult decision. I am still considering purchasing one of her gorgeous suits however. They are too sweet to resist!

Beautiful dresses…thanks for sharing. I was a short dress and birdcage veil bride also. I loved the look because it was so different from the standard strapless ballgowns.

Anyone remotely thinking about going short should TOTALLY go for it.

I really wanted one of her dresses for my e-pics but it was way out of my price range. It is the white one with the pink bow embroidered on. You have to see it in person to understand how incredibly cute it is!

Oh of the few things that I regret about getting married so fast is that the dress choices were so limited.

I love my dress every time I put it one, but sometimes I look at sweet vintage ones like these and sigh.
