So sweet! Mr Peony and I both love Scrubs so I showed this to him and now he’s asking if his proposal was subpar. 
I told him it’s okay because we don’t know the cast of Scrubs.

Um, holy crap, Annie. That is EXACTLY how my fiancee proposed to me!
My fiance threw me a surprise prom-themed birthday party. He rented a hall and managed to get about 30-40 friends of ours there without me having a clue. He told me to dress up and I just assumed we were going out for a fancy dinner. I walked in blindfolded and was so surprised to see all of our friends there, dressed up in prom dresses and suits/tuxes to boot! My fiance changed into a tux once we got there. We were all eating and drinking and dancing the night away when he went up to the microphone and asked me to come up and dance with him. “The Book of Love” by the Magnetic Fields started playing and I got suspicious because we had talked about using that song as a wedding first dance song before. After a minute of dancing in front of everyone, he got down on one knee and proposed to me in the middle of the dance floor in front of all of our friends. I was so shocked I don’t even remember what my response was. He says that I didn’t actually say yes, that I just grabbed the ring and put it on. But it was the best proposal ever. None of our friends knew he was going to do it. And as one friend pointed out, that’s probably the only time she would ever see a proposal other than her own. I always thought I wanted him to propose with just the 2 of us there, but sharing it with all of our friends and having a built in engagement party that same night is something I’d never give up.

Mrs. Onion… this has nothing to do with this post. I saw a comment you wrote on someone else’s post about you using mpix.com for their photo albums. I’m planning on making my own wedding album since I couldn’t afford my photographer’s album and I wanted to have more creative control over it… How is the quality of the mpix.com albums?
