I have absolutely no interest in these dresses but I love these photos. Girls - when you go shopping, bring a camera! And if the store let’s you take pictures, which usually they don’t care so much about with BM dresses, do it! It’ll make for great memories. I think we tried on everything in the store, myself included. In the end, I realized I much prefer cocktail dresses to bland, solid color, cut-your-body-across-the-top-and-let-my-fat-under-my-armpits-hang-out (ie strapless) bridesmaid dresses.
Melissa Sweet is the (expensive) answer to the boring BM dress. Here is my photoshop attempt to show her color availability: left to right, top to bottom: grey, olive, green tea, chocolate, black, blue

…and us trying desperately to pick a color scheme to go with grey. Red might work in that coloured-in-b&w-photo sort of way. My BM’s thought that this dress, being white on top, washed them out too much with their pale skin.

Grey and yellow! love love love grey and yellow.
Our color combo is Grey and Red!!! I love it.
My wedding dress was platinum and i wore a dark red/cranberry colored pashmina when it was cold (and had a red hair flower)…it looked great.
Yellow and gray IS pretty. The orange looks great too.
We’re using those gray bm dresses! The one in the bottom two photos, but with a black ribbon around the waist. We arent using any color with gray-just gray, ivory and black and I love it! These dresses were my whole inspiration for using gray.
Grey bride in the houseeee!
I’m using tiffany blue as my accent but pale pink or marigold yellow are two other colors I really love that go with pewter grey!
I’m using the MS bridesmaid dresses in the middle in ivory with a sage ribbon sash! I love her bridesmaid dresses because the girls can actually wear them again - unlike 99% of other bridesmaid dresses.
My vote is for the red - or stick with the grey and accent with yellow!
I was never too keen on black but I’m starting to like the black and white…something they’ll be able to wear again instead of a ghastly pink. lol
Those are gorgeous! I’m not such a fan of the white tops, though…to me it kind of looks like the wearer forgot to put her top on over her bra.
We’re wearing those two shadow dresses and i hate them. however, my sister is combining wih navy (guys wearing navy suits and gray tiees) and i think it’ll look very classy.
