This year, 47 past and present weddingbees participated in a Secret Santa exchange! Confession: I’m actually sending out my Secret Santa gift tomorrow! But it was a ginormous diy project, so hopefully my Secret Santa will forgive me when she sees what it is.
With a budget of only $20, here’s a peek at some of the wonderfully creative gifts the bees sent!
To have and to hold orbs and bird salt/pepper shakers from Scarlett Alley.
Custom handmade zipper bag with matching thread inside from Etsy.
Mini piggy bank and super strong magnets from the Container Store (Coincidentally, it’s the very same piggy bank Mrs. Corn loved and bought for her nephew, and the magnets she decided not to splurge on!)
Two sets of personalized stationery, stamp, green ribbon and peppermint candy.
DIY decoupage frame, customized note cards, and initial stamp.
A vanilla bean extract infusion kit (fill with vodka or rum to make vanilla extract), hand-knit fingerless mittens, and votive holders with a pink damask theme throughout.
DIY flower pin w/ feathers and wine covers (Miss Dahlia loves red and wine!).
Scarf and a recipe (Mrs. Tomato is a foodie)!
3 Pendants from Etsy.
Custom note cards with Miss Lovebird’s married name.
Homemade hot cocoa and diy recycled magazine coasters with 2 mugs.
DIY album with pictures from Mrs. Plum’s wedding, and diy covered altoid tin with candies.
We had so much fun that we hope to plan a wedding themed swap for readers in the coming year. Feel free to comment with swap suggestions/themes if you have any!
Happy Holidays everyone!
