We straight bum rushed passed the tablescape settings at the Four Seasons Bridal Show since I recalled a salon offering free hair and make up trials last year, but you had to sign up as soon as the doors opened. I wasn’t about to miss out this year!!! Unfortunately they weren’t there this year BUT … we were lucky enough to be the first to snag trials with the gawwwgeous Amy from Jade Studio Productions.

Yes, yes the obligatory gross before picture… at least I did a little something with shading the brows a bit, if not, you’d see a patch of hairless nada known as my brows.

Got to say, it’s a bit intimidating when a girl as gorgeous as Amy is working on you because it puts shame on me for not putting a little more effort in trying to look all cutesy on a day-to-day basis. But working with Amy, you just feel even more confident in the person’s work when they look like the magic that you are hoping they’ll bestow on you no?

You know what I was thinking about the whole time when she was applying make up? I was chit chatting with Miss Penguin, and at one point, Amy said, “okay you’re going have to be still for the next minute or so.” That was theeee longest minute ever, in my head, and I kept saying shut up shut up, wait. How am I gonna deal the day of when I know I’m gonna be chattering away my nervousness and giddiness when I know I need to hold still? GEeeez.

And * drum roll * my after shot …. My Sexy pout and like whoa close up shot.
