This weekend, Mrs. Plumeria hosted a 1154 LILL Studio party at her house. It was a blast!

If you’re unfamiliar with 1154 LILL Studio, it’s a company founded by a girl named Jennifer Velarde. She was participating in a local craft fair selling purses, but she realized that she had only made about 20 purses for the show, and was afraid she was going to run out, so she decided to bring ALL of her fabrics and let people customize every part of the purses that they wanted. From this, 1154 LILL Studio was born!

Now you can either go to their website, or a Lill Party, pick a purse from their many designs, and customize each purse COMPLETELY, picking from hundreds of fabrics. Once you complete your order, they ship your purse(s) to you in 3 to 4 weeks! If youre having a hard time finding a purse to match your wedding color combo, or want to customize purses to match your bridesmaid dresses, 1154 LILL Studio is for you!

Mr. and Mrs. Plumeria kicked us off with some AWESOME brunch items:

Cocoa Meringues, French Toast, Sausage Omelet, and Brie and Raspberry Pastries…YUM!

Jen, the 1154 LILL Representative, guided us through the whole process. By this time, the fabrics were in a heaping mess of a pile.

Mrs. Tomato, Mrs. Plumeria, and Miss Daffodil all hard at work with their creations. Mrs. Plumeria already owns a huge collection of 1154 LILL Purses, and gave them to her bridesmaids as gifts before her wedding!

I brought along my wedding shoes so I could customize a purse for my wedding that matched our wedding colors. Here’s my shoes:

So I customized a “Grace” style purse, in grey (matching the bridesmaid dresses), with a white satin ruffle that matches my dress. The inside of the purse matches my shoes! I’ll debut the purse when it gets shipped to me.

Mrs. Plumeria sent us all on our way with goodie bags filled with candy. MMM!

Darn! I couldn’t make it because I had to work. It looks like you guys had a blast! Oh, the food, so yummy!!! How sweet of them to open their home to everyone.

Gotta love 1154 Lill. I’m from Chicago and my friend turned me on to them before they got big (about 6-7 yrs ago) and expanded.
I got addicted to it pretty quicly and have amassed my own collection of lill purses.
You’ll love your bridal purse, esp. now that it matches your wedding! Can’t wait to see pics.

I’ve been lusting after 1154 Lill bags for years, yet somehow I still don’t have one! Hmm, as I’m planning my bachelorette party weekend in March, maybe I should suggest this activity to my girls? Thanks for reminding us of your fabulous wedding shoes Miss Penguin - just seeing them made me smile!
