I feel like I’ve finally narrowed it down to a couple dresses, but the sad part is that they really don’t match the birdcage veil thing I really wanted to do. Can’t I just get this cute little number and call it a day? So what’s a girl to do? Put off the decision by burying herself in this season’s department store dresses. I love love love these two below, and the left one would make for a fabulous send-off type ensemble:

Almost all these images are from Nordstrom, which seemed to beat out Macys in the dress department this round, but here’s a few picks from Macys.com:
Actually Nordstrom also has the top row of dresses in your Macy’s spread. I had the brown one for New Years’ Eve and it is cute, cute, cute! I got the superplunge bra to go with it (you have to) and took ‘the girls’ out for the evening too. My FI thought it was pretty festive looking; we had a hard time getting out of the hotel room.
Is that top dress with the pink background from Nordstrom? Do you have a link? It is SO cute!
Just a warning about the upper right dress in your Macy’s spread (with the model who looks a bit like Shannon Dougherty… anyone?)… the color is totally off - it is not that light purple, but a darker, plummy purple. One of my BMs is wearing that one, and it matches the “blackberry” shade of dresses on the Nordstrom website. It’s a lovely color - I like it even better than the one pictured!
I am obessesed with the white one with the jacket! You’re right! It’s so perfect for a send-off!!!

I think the black one in the second row could totally go with the birdcage veil. All of the dresses you found are adorable… now only if I had a party to wear them all too!

I have the Maggy London wrap dress with satin sash in electric blue (listed here from Macys). I LOVE it. It is a fantastic dress that will suit almost any figure– I was just jazzed because I could wear a real bra with it… the girls (correction: Women) were excited about that.
