Chicago ladies– we’re in luck. There are two upcoming bridal events, both of which sound so fun. I plan on going to both and I hope to see some of you there!

Chicago Social Brides An Evening of Bridal Luxury: Sunday, February 17th, 2008
Taking place at the new Trump International Hotel, this event features a runway show from Vera Wang, wedding decor ideas from Heffernan Morgan, delicious bites from Trump Catering, and an “Oscar-style swag gift bag” (their words, not mine!). Tickets are $60 each and $25 for each additional ticket, with partial proceeds benefitting Y-ME Illinois.

Wedding Chicago Bridal Brunch and Fashion Show: Sunday, February 24th, 2008
This event takes place at the River East Art Center (in my neighborhood!) and features brunch by Phil Stefani catering, a Mira Couture and Jenny Yoo fashion show, and bridal makeovers by MAC. They also have a fabulous raffle prize of a 7 night honeymoon trip to St. Lucia. Tickets are $45 each or $70 for two.
