When I’m not obsessing about our wedding I play the cello in my band (which Mr. Radish is in too), read as much as I can, sleep even more, travel whenever possible, and try to find time to have fun with my friends. I’m also working on finishing up my journalism degree with a concentration in environmental reporting and I’m the VP of my campus Amnesty International chapter… so I’m a pretty busy bee.

Just like the sign says - here I come … (you can see me in the background near the door)

Ta-da! It’s me! About to get MARRIED. I really love this picture. I look all nervous and I’m holding onto my uncle’s arm for dear life, and he looks so happy and ready to go!
Profess021

I love this picture, too! I think my uncle was saying something funny to me to try and loosen me up a bit. He’s so awesome :)
EDITED02

It looks like no one was in the church from this picture because of all the empty pews. But really there were like 150 people there, I swear! It’s just a gigantic church.
Profess022

I look like like I’m tearing up with emotion in this shot… but in reality I’m just horribly shy and I had a serious case of stage fright! I absolutely HATE being the center of attention like that!! Profess023

Almost there… boy a 100 foot aisle can seem really long when everyone is staring at you :P
Profess024

Here’s Mr. Radish once he sees me. Isn’t he cute? Notice that he’s as cool as a cucumber. He has nerves of steel!
Profess025

The old switcheroo where my uncle “gave” me to Mr. Radish.

The priest gives his opening blessing…

… and the countdown to legal matrimony begins!

You look amazing! I love the blue butterfly in your pretty bouquet. I hate being center of attention too, but your pictures made me realize that perhaps it will be a little easier for me, since I’m walking down a staircase instead of an aisle, so I won’t have to walk through the guests. I’ve already identified a clock on the opposite wall that I will focus on to try to stay calm…I think I’ll get overwhelmed if I look at all the people looking at me. :)
