Tea and Biscuits

February 17th, 2008 @ 11:53 am by Mrs. Snow Pea

Instead of cards, I baked sugar cookies for my Valentine readers who participated in the card swap. I also included a Citrus Mint tea bag from Tea Forte, which I hope they will enjoy.

I used the sugar cookie mix from Betty Crocker because I think it tastes better than the ones I’ve made from scratch. I cut out heart shapes. Plastic cookie cutters are worth the investment over the metal ones.z13105801

Take them out of the oven before they brown because they will continue to cook. Cool them.

I got some heart shaped boxes from Michael’s that were just perfect!

Wrapped and ready to go!

They were pretty easy to make if you want to consider this for shower or wedding favors.
