On Good Friday (before I took off for a wild and crazy Vegas weekend), mister and I went down to the county clerk office and got our marriage license! We’re that much closer… making us now semi-ficial to mr. and mrs. status! WooP WOOP! 
We got there 20 minutes early with an appointment, and were out of there by the time our appointment time rolled around. It was awesome!
That’s right be sad, you stuck with me now sucka MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
Peeps there were all dolled up - Mr. CB took lunch to do this with me and I wish I had dressed better to match him. Ohs Wells.
Okay, so maybe he really is thrilled?! Better BE!!!!

I’m confused, I thought marriage licenses were on valid of 30 days, so how can you get one now if you’re getting married in May? I ask, because I too am getting married in May and was wondering if I could get mine earlier.
Nevermind, I realize that not every state is the same. You’re Sooooo lucky… I have to make an extra trip to where I’m getting married to get my license in the 30 day period.
@Becca Cook: I can’t speak for other places but the license is valid for 90 days for the state of california. So you can get yours now!
