Random question… anyone know the brand of “pwesh’s” shoes? In the photo I think it ends in “ace” but I am not sure. I really like those shoes!

I have been following Pwesh’s wedding for so long, her final bio was such a good payoff :) Good call, Radish!

Ummm Yeah, Weddingbee is about finding inspiration and gathering tips. I don’t think a couple’s sexual orientation is relevant to gathering those tips and inspiration. If they have a cool wedding, I want to see it, and I know other Bees do too. Your close-mindedness is not doing you any favors.

And if you don’t like it, don’t bother coming here. Simple as that.

@ummm yeah….: AndieNC has a beautiful bio, regardless of her sexual orientation. That’s why I nominated it. Did you not see how fabulous her flowers and centerpieces were, or how cute the armadillo cake is?

If your personal feelings about homosexuality get in the way of you seeing a BEAUTIFUL wedding like AndieNC’s, then I’m truly sorry for you.

Also, I’m pretty sure that Weddingbee is NOT losing readers over “all this lesbian stuff.” Weddingbee is a community for EVERYONE, regardless of their sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, or political beliefs.

Please check your hang-ups and bigotry at the door, thanks.

Pool tables at a wedding! Now THAT looks like fun… I love the bright red bouts too!

Bio 1:
Love the colors (purple is my favorite this year) and the funky feel. My favorite picture has to be the empty ceremony location…wow!

Would love to know the story behind the hand-drawn “marriage mew” card.

Bio 2:
Pool tables? Awesome!

I think I’m going to “borrow” that camera table card idea.

Hahaha…I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t use the term furbaby.

AndieNC&M’s bio is so sweet - their whole wedding looks like it was a blast! I love that their boys got to pick their own suits, too.

@ummm yeah….: You know what’s great about the internet? If you don’t agree with or like something, you can either scroll past it, or close the window!

I love AndieNC&M’s whole location and the pool tables. Especially if you have lots of kids and teenagers there. Great idea.

Ummm…yeah…GENERALIZATION MUCH? Speak for yourself, darling! Good ideas are good ideas! The world and the U.S. are VERY diverse places, so you should probably learn to live amongst all the differences. Just my humble opinion. :-)

The Academy of Spherical Arts is an awesome venue. One thing (and it’s nitpicky, I know) - why do you always label it Toronto, Canada? We have provinces just like the US has states and you’re not putting Chicago, America as a location.

baderin: the reason it’s labeled Toronto is because that’s what is on the top of her bio.

Wow! I am floored and so flattered to have my bio chosen! Thanks so much! I am glad that everyone liked the bio, I had a good time putting it together. I was an avid WeddingBee reader in the year or so before the wedding so this is super cool to be recognized!

I would like to give Mrs. Lemon the credit for the Flickr photo card idea, too. It was a fabulous idea!

Thanks again! I am really really flattered.

Mrs. Bird of Paradise: I didn’t notice that! Thanks - sorry for the unnecessary complaint.

I think that umm yeah….is probably better off being “lost” as a reader if that’s her opinion.

In response to “ummm yeah…. says:

It would be appreciated if you would leave your unacceptable comments to yourself. This blog isn’t a place for you to leave rude comments about the beautiful bios that other couples have, regardless of their sexual orientation.

I personally think that this bio of the week was wonderful! Congratulations to the couple for such a wonderful honor- and an amazing celebration of love!
