Sugar Lip Treatment by Fresh is one of my favorite skin care products. I was first introduced to Fresh from their perfume (which I wore on my wedding day). Some girls wear many different perfumes — I wear one every day, and that is Fresh Sugar.

Then I saw they had a Sugar Body Scrub and I was so excited.

Here is a description from the Fresh website:
– features precious evening primrose, sweet almond, apricot kernel and jojoba oils
– therapeutic extracts include anti-inflammatory arnica and calendula, stimulating ginseng and peppermint and calming passionflower and white lily
– balancing array of citrus oils brighten and tone skin and add an aromatherapeutic dimension

It is a little more money that I’d want to spend on myself, and with all the wedding expenses I passed it up. Yesterday I got together with one of my bridesmaids who surprised me with a gift of Sugar Body Scrub! I can’t wait to use it and I’ll be sure to report back. I’m sure this would make a lovely addition to a bridesmaid gift or as a shower host thank you.

You can even get it in “on the go” sizes as a more cost effective shower favor, or to add to bridesmaid gifts!I know that Sephora carries many of their products, and you can also visit a Fresh store in NYC, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco etc., or go to the Fresh website.

What are your “must have” treatments?

Lush’s Ocean Salt scrub! It’s like a natural/organic margarita for your face, lol. I have ridiculously tempermental combination skin, but using Ocean Salt a couple of times a week does wonders to dry out the oily areas and scrub the dead skin from the dry areas. Then I top it off with Imperialis moisturizer and I’m happy :-) A lot of Lush’s stuff is too expensive to buy on a regular basis, but I first bought it on vacation (when you’re allowed to spend silly ammounts of money on yourself!) and then I bought it again with some of my graduation money, so I would look good when I was job hunting for a job that would pay me enough to indulge when I needed it. Not sure if I’ve made it there yet ;-) But with the moisturizer at least, a little bit goes a long way, so I can pinch pennies that way.

I LOVE this lip balm! I’ve been using it for ages. I also just bought the scrub and LOVE it. It is expensive, but worth it.

Exfoliating body gloves. Seriously, where have I been all this time and how did I not know about these sooner?

I love Fresh products. Sugar is my scent too! My only gripe is that it doesn’t last very long. =(

I swear by Jo Malone fragrances — they linger all day. My personal favorite is Pomegranate Noir. I’ve never been a body scrub fun, but I recently bought the REN sea salt scrub and it is AMAZING. Who know a little salt could make a girl feel so good? Currently, I use it once a week, but I plan to use it twice a week in the month leading up to my wedding.
