True Life Wedding?

I got this email from Kleinfeld Bridal today:
I’m over the age of 25 and my wedding is in September, plus I don’t know if I’d need cameras following me around while I obsess over wedding details….. but I am a sucker for MTV’s True Life documentaries! Anyone in the hive planning to apply?
(And who remembers the last True Life: I’m Getting Married with the crazy couple from Staten Island? THAT, my friends, was some classic reality television!)

I don’t think I’d do it anyway (too much stress), but it makes me sad that I’m too old none the less. 30 = too wrinkly for t.v.?

I actually remember the True Life: I’m Getting Married and I met the Groom, Charlie, he was a bartender for my friends sisters bachelorette party. I still remember when he flipped out on the limo driver.
i think it’ll be impossible to forget that couple. lol. though i’m sad that at 26 i’m no longer in mtv’s demo. actually, that makes me feel better about having gravitated towards vh1.

They had to use all their wedding gift $$$ to pay off the wedding and couldn’t take a honeymoon because the wedding cost so much. It was the most over-the-top party and Charlie told the limo driver he would “gut him like a fish” when he was late! Good times, good times…..
@tea: I still get sucked into “True Life” and “Made” on a regular basis, and I have to admit that I will occasionally watch some other shows on MTV. “Made” always makes me cry when the subject reaches his/her goal at the end, it never fails…. isn’t that pathetic??
OMG every time my fiance and I talk about our guest list we get flashbacks to watching Charlie and Sabrina and their guest list woes (wha is it, avenue, street wha, and there is no zip code…ugh!)!!
@Miss Cupcake: hahaha, don’t worry miss cupcake, i just got sucked into two episodes of “the paper” this week. lol. every time i think i’m out i get pulled right back in! and i do love me some “true life.”
I applied… lol. My fiance I and I met on XBox Live two years ago… very MTV. We’ll see if I get picked. hahahah.
