Last Birthday Bash as a Single Lady

Today is officially my birthday. Now, I’m not one to get depressed or anything because I am one year older… but this year is a double whammy: Not only am I the big 25, but it’s my last birthday as a single lady.

Even though I don’t generally highlight my birthday, my friends keep telling me it’s even more important this year. But what do I do… I have no idea!

Whether or not I do something special, I got an early birthday gift this year, and let me say that alone is worth doing nothing this birthday. You know our audition for La Bosse des Noces? Well thanks to everyone’s great vibes… We got chosen. I am so excited you have no idea! Once I have more details, I will most definitely share…

Happy Birthday! My last single birthday (26) was a couple days after the proposal… and we went to Munich! So I think it was special.

I’ll start by saying Happy Birthday! I also turned 25 this week (the 21st) and it’s also my last single birthday, so I definitely understand this post.

On my actual b’day, we just spent time with my family. Tonight we’re going out to a club with some military friends who are in town and tomorrow we’re doing the family friendly portion of the weekend (I have a 9 year old brother) and we’re going bowling!

Happy Birthday and congrats on the show - big news! My last birthday as a single gal was exactly one month after the engagement, so I hadn’t even begun to think of things as my last x as a single person - I was way too excited thinking about the decision to become a married one.

25 is a fun one - the big ones start coming at 30, so don’t worry too much! Enjoy yourself and have fun!

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. I think were gonna celebrate by a nice Bring your own Wine restaurant and then were gonna go to a girls night out.

Happy Birthday! I turned the big 3-0 last Thursday and spent it with my FI. I don’t see it as being monumental because it was my last birthday as a single girl. I see it as the last birthday I’ll have where I’m not married to the man of my dreams!

Happy birthday!

I had my birthday 2 months after we got engaged, 8 months before our wedding and I was really surprised when two people wrote something about it being my last unmarried birthday in my card. My reaction was “what does being engaged / getting married have to do with my birthday?!”
