Our Menu Thus Far

May 27th, 2008 @ 8:28 am by Miss Candy Corn

(Minus the most important ingredient… cake!)

In all honesty, Mr. Candy Corn and I were a little nervous about our wedding tasting. We had no other choice but to go with Museum Catering, so we were crossing our fingers that the food would live up to all of the great hype we had heard. Luckily for us and our guests, it totally did! We couldn’t be more happy with the catering staff and the food is absolutely amaaaaaaazing. The sesame almond coated chicken was to die for. There are no words. I even loved the vegetarian entree, and I am not a fan of mushrooms, so I was pretty shocked that I was asking them to pack up some leftovers for me.

Oh man! Our tasting isn’t until like 6 weeks before our wedding, it’s driving me up the wall! But seriously, looking at those pictures is making me SO hungry! Everything looks delicious!!

The tasting was one of our favorite parts! We were limited by our venue to a set list of approved caterers. Of the 10-12 on their list, only one sounded at all exciting. We had a great email exchange with the caterer and went in for our tasting and were amazed! As foodies, the catering was definitely a splurge for us and we were completely relieved to find a company that lived up to our expectations.

So glad your caterer is fabulous!
